Business Manager Pat Vigil has been a member of Local #953 for 33 years. He served on the Executive Board for 10 years before being elected to the position of Business Manager in August 2006. Mr. Vigil’s biggest goal for Local #953 is to make sure the members are receiving good representation, good contracts, appropriate wages and proper working conditions.

Prior to becoming Business Manager, Mr. Vigil is a licensed crane operator who has worked on a variety of construction projects, including the NIPI Canal Project, Big Earth Dam (Cochiti, NM) and multiple asphalt projects in Los Alamos. He has enjoyed years of operating heavy equipment but now enjoys representing Local #953 and its members.

Robert Vigil was elected Business Manager in 2005. He has 28 years of experience in the plastering trade which helps him understand and address his members’ needs. Mr. Vigil is also bilingual so he can communicate effectively with the majority of the membership. During his tenure, Mr. Vigil would like to increase the Local #254 membership base.
